Lorraine Freed joined Related Cervera Realty Services in 2002. She was initially drawn to the opportunity of selling condos on the Intracoastal at The Moorings at Lantana project, but now realizes that she joined a great company as well, serving both developer and general real estate sales.
Ms. Freed has been involved in real estate sales for 20 years. She has won numerous awards including Top Regional Salesperson for selling $16 million in townhomes. Having primarily worked for builders selling single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums, Lorraine currently specializes in condominiums on the Intracoastal from West Palm Beach to Boynton Beach.
Her expert knowledge of the market has made her the realtor of choice for various professional baseball and football players. In the years of 2003 to 2004 she has sold over $35 million in condos. In 2005 she sold $26 million in waterfront condominiums built by The Related Group. She is now the Palm Beach Sales Manager of the onsite general Real Estate Offices at The Moorings in Lantana, The Prado in West Palm Beach and Marina Village of Boynton Beach specializing in sales and rentals for all residential real estate.
A native of Long Island, New York, Ms. Freed moved to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing. She later moved to Florida in 1993. The 20 years of service has been rewarding and successful.
An avid golfer, Ms. Freed is active in her community as well. She is a member of the Lantana and Lake Worth Chambers of Commerce. As a member, she has contributed to the remake of the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce as well as many other events. |
